My daughter is 6 years old and found this set to be just okay. It did compliment the Melissa and Doug castle.

My only complaint would be that there aren’t any other pieces to go along with this. My little one even filled the “bathtub” with water for an entire day and it is still good as new!

I got this product for my daughter’s birthday after she received the Melissa and Doug Castle for Christmas. She was really bummed that the castle didn’t have furniture. I love all the Melissa and Doug products I’ve purchased, and this one is no different. They’re well made and it’s so nice to have wooden toys around instead of plastic ones that play annoying music. I have 2 girls (ages 2 and 4) and they both love to play with them. They get really creative and there’s a nice variety of furniture to play with. I agree that some of the pieces don’t fit into some of the rooms, but honestly, it doesn’t seem to bother my kids.

We got this furniture to go with the Melissa and Doug Princess Castle. Our daughter just LOVES the whole set! They are high quality and match the castle perfectly. She got this set, along with the castle and the Royal Family Wooden Play Set, for Christmas and she has played with it every single day since. Even her older brother enjoys playing with the set. Lots of fun and high quality! Great job again by Melissa and Doug!!

I bought the castle last Christmas for my then 3 year old. This year for her birthday I gave her this set to go with it. She loves it. It has all the right pieces to go along with the castle. She loves playing with it. And these pieces are perfect size for the Disney Princess Favorite Moments figures or Polly Pockets.
