My husband does IT for a living, and he helped with the updates, so I know it was not just user error. This thing is buggy. There's even a note on their website that you can't use it if your computer has more than 1GB RAM. (Ours has exactly 1GB.) What kind of software doesn't work if your computer is too fast?
